Affiliate terms
Last updated 8 November 2026.
1. The programme
The Plane Silly affiliate programme is run by Leo Diablo. You are signing up to recommend our products and be paid commission when people buy through your code or link. You are an independent person or business, not our employee, agent or partner.
You must be at least 18. If you sign up for a company or a channel, you confirm you are allowed to do so on its behalf.
2. Your code and what it does
We give you a code. When you sign up, you choose one of these deals:
- Customers get 10% off hoodies and t-shirts, you keep 10%.
- Customers get 5% off everything, you keep 10%.
- Customers get 15% off hoodies, you keep 5%.
A customer who uses your code at the cart gets the saving from the deal you chose, on the
items it covers. Other items in the same order are full price. The code also works as a link,
planesilly.com/?ref=YOURCODE, which fills the code in for the visitor.
The code belongs to us. We may change it, pause it or withdraw it at any time, and we may change the discount for future orders.
3. Commission
- You earn the percentage from the deal you chose, on what the customer actually pays for the order, after the discount. That is the whole order, not only the items the saving covers. Delivery is free and tax is included, so there is nothing else to take out.
- Commission is not paid on orders that are refunded, cancelled or returned, and we may take it back if an order is refunded after you were paid.
- We hold commission for 21 days after the order, which is the 14-day returns window plus a week for the parcel to arrive. It then becomes payable.
- We pay by PayPal or another method we agree with you. We may wait until you are owed at least £10 before sending, so we are not making transfers of a few pence.
- We will never ask for your bank details through this website. If we need them, we will ask you by email.
- You are responsible for any tax on what you earn. We do not deduct it.
- Rates apply to the orders placed after a change, and an order keeps the rate it was placed at.
4. Rules for sharing
- Say it is an ad. If you post or share your code or link and earn from it, make that clear in the post itself, for example "Ad" or "#ad" at the start, or "affiliate link". This is a legal requirement in the UK, and it applies to every post.
- Do not claim to be our employee, or to speak for us.
- Be accurate. Do not promise what the products or the discount do not offer.
- Do not buy through your own code, or for people in your household, to get the discount or the commission. Those orders earn nothing.
- Do not send unwanted messages (spam), list your code on voucher or coupon websites, or pay for search advertising on our brand name or website address.
- Do not use the code for a different business or offer, or pass it off as your own product.
- Do not use anything offensive, unlawful or misleading in connection with the programme.
5. When we can stop things
If you break these terms, or we reasonably think you have, we can pause or remove your code, and decline or take back commission on the orders affected. We can end the programme, or change these terms, at any time. We will tell you by email about changes that affect you. You can stop whenever you like by telling us, and we will pay any commission already payable.
6. Your information
We keep your name, email address, any website and PayPal address you gave us, and your code and earnings, to run the programme and pay you. We keep them for as long as you are an affiliate and as long after as we are required to for accounts. The privacy policy has the detail.
7. Legal
We do not promise any level of earnings. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions? [email protected].
